Faith

Faith is when you are lost in the crowd, fighting against the strength of all, yet one infinitesimal spark of hope lies in your heart, knowing a hand is reaching out to you as you stand firm to struggle away, believing in a matter of time, help will come to pluck you out of the crowd.

Faith needs a lot of hard work. It is like going against the faithless crowd, those who doesn't believe in God, those who love the dark life, or who believe they are god. It will test your strength to see how far you can go and how long you stand up for God amidst all the raging mob.
But with God, it becomes less of a hard work for He carries you with an unconditional love.

When I Pray

When I pray, it makes me feel good, as praying is easy. I pray anytime, anywhere, any place when opportunity arise. But what I am guilty of is keeping up with prayer, to maintain a prayerful life in a sense that I pray with no rush in mind. To pray as if it is the most important thing to do for the day, more important than my plans for the day. To pray, when distractions and temptations dance around me. To pray when there is struggle within me whether to do the right thing or go astray. To pray, not because it makes me feel good but because it makes my Mother Mary happy.

Loving is denying...

Loving is denying oneself. When loving Mother Mary, everything is focus only to Mother Mary and none for oneself. From morning till night, all works for the day is offered to Mother Mary and because self is denied, there'll be no complaining, no pain, no dissatisfaction, no anger, no wishing but just happy Mother Mary is being served for the day. The good thing is: She is looking at you from heaven, telling Jesus how you have spent the day loving...

Independence Day Reflection

Upon celebrating independence day, reflect on being independent from the temptations of the devil. Be selfless to let God reign in our hearts so we may have the strength to fight tempting offers that are not of love. Be of service to those who need help the most because they too are children of God. Be aware of the devil's work behind a sheep's skin for they can be misleading at times. Be sharers of God's Word, shine to others who are still in the dark, lost and confused. Be willing to offer Him your disappointments in life to make it less disappointing and be contented with oneself, what you have, what you are, who you are make one special in the eyes of God for you are created in His image and likeness. Be independent from sins but not from God.

Tuck me in Your Love

Lay your veil of love on our forehead and let us see the love shining in each person's heart. With this veil, we need not speak of love but show it to whoever needs love the most. May your veil of love upon us be a reminder of your love and to share it as you have shown to us without any condition and questions. May we be the bearer of your love to others and to our self. For if love is not present, the world will be filled with hate: thus a victory for the evil.

O Mary, my mother, please tuck me in Your love.

O Mary, conceived without sin - pray for us who have recourse to thee...

May I be simple and docile as a child...

Call me, O Mother Mary and I will answer with speed. Call me where ever I am and whenever you want, for I am your child. Call me to attend to your school of faith, that I may learn simplicity and docility to yearn for no one else but our Lord. Show me the way that I may learn the divine science of faith, of believing to see rather that to see to believe.

At home, speak to me through my family. My parents, brother and sisters can be instruments in search of God's love.
At work, remind me through my colleagues, that they are no different than me - an image and likeness of the creator.
At school, help me see through the hearts of the teachers, students and staff who are perfect in God's eyes.
On the street, may I be a mirror of God's love while going to my destination.

May I be simple and docile as a child...

In everyday life, thoughts, and actions

Before I start the day, I pray that God help me make this day pleasing to His heart.
Before I think of so many tasks to do today, I ask God to make Him the focus of my goal.
Before decisions are to be made, I ask God to enlighten me and come up with a good purpose in doing so.

If my life becomes harmful to others, may I refrain myself from living.
If my thoughts causes me to sin, may I remember to shut my mind for a moment.
If my actions made others sin, may I have to will to ask forgiveness and change my bad actions to God like.

Mary is Blessed

We behold a glorious devotion to Mary with novenas in Her honor. She is the subject of inspiration in some artists and poems are written about Mary with so much passion. Some churches even dedicated Mary as patron saint. Why men and women of all ages venerate Her? Why all pay homage and generations call Her "Blessed"? The answer is because Mary, of all women who ever lived, was chosen by God to be the Mother of His Divine Son, Jesus Christ.

Mary is blessed. From birth, she was chosen to be part of God's plan destiny. A destiny she never could have imagine but willingly accepted. Her destiny - to be the Mother of Christ. She was free from sin, born exempted from original sin.

Many call her Blessed. She truly is blessed by God's love and shares with us all.

I love my Mother Mary.

Seven Offerings of the Precious Blood

Seven Offerings Of The Precious Blood

Eternal Father, I offer Thee the merits of the Most Precious Blood of Jesus, Thy Beloved Son and my Divine Redeemer, for the propagation and exaltation of my dear Mother the Holy Church, for the safety and prosperity of her visible Head, the Holy Roman Pontiff, for the cardinals, bishops and pastors of souls, and for all the ministers of the sanctuary.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. Blessed and praised forevermore be Jesus Who hath saved us by His Precious Blood! Amen.
Eternal Father, I offer Thee the merits of the Most Precious Blood of Jesus, Thy Beloved Son and my Divine Redeemer, for the peace and concord of nations, for the conversion of the enemies of our holy faith and for the happiness of all Christian people.
Glory be, etc. above
Eternal Father, I offer Thee the merits of the Most Precious Blood of Jesus, Thy Beloved Son and my Divine Redeemer, for the repentance of unbelievers, the extirpation of all heresies, and the conversion of sinners.

Eternal Father, I offer Thee the merits of the Most Precious Blood of Jesus, Thy Beloved Son and my Divine Redeemer, for all those who shall this day pass to another life, that Thou mayest preserve them from the pains of hell, and admit them the more readily to the possession of Thy Glory.
Glory be, etc. above
Eternal Father, I offer Thee the merits of the Most Precious Blood of Jesus, Thy Beloved Son and my Divine Redeemer, for all those who are lovers of this Treasure of His Blood, and for all those who join with me in adoring and honoring It, and for all those who try to spread devotion to It . .
Glory be, etc. above
Eternal Father, I offer Thee the merits of the Most Precious Blood of Jesus, Thy Beloved Son and my Divine Redeemer, for all my wants, spiritual and temporal, for the holy souls in Purgatory, and particularly for those who in their lifetime were most devoted to this Price of our redemption, and to the sorrows and pains of our dear Mother, most Holy Mary . . .
Glory be, etc. above
Blessed and exalted be the Blood of Jesus, now and always, and through all eternity. Amen.

Afflictions and temptations

Afflictions and temptations can be of great use to us at times for it makes us go back to God's love when we realized our weakness and faults. Those are the moments when we begin to examine ourselves and humbly admit that we own our decisions in doing so because we knew beforehand - it is wrong but I am in denial. The moment we question why we hurt Jesus, is a moment of understanding what we did was wrong, therefore, ask God's forgiveness and forgive oneself to move on with God's grace, correct the wrong though difficult it may be and never pass that path once more.

The Litany of Humility

The Litany of Humility

O Jesus! meek and humble of heart, Hear me.
From the desire of being esteemed,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the desire of being loved...
From the desire of being extolled ...
From the desire of being honored ...
From the desire of being praised ...
From the desire of being preferred to others...
From the desire of being consulted ...
From the desire of being approved ...
From the fear of being humiliated ...
From the fear of being despised...
From the fear of suffering rebukes ...
From the fear of being calumniated ...
From the fear of being forgotten ...
From the fear of being ridiculed ...
From the fear of being wronged ...
From the fear of being suspected ...

That others may be loved more than I,
Jesus, grant me the grace to desire it.

That others may be esteemed more than I ...
That, in the opinion of the world,
others may increase and I may decrease ...
That others may be chosen and I set aside ...
That others may be praised and I unnoticed ...
That others may be preferred to me in everything...
That others may become holier than I, provided that I may become as holy as I should…

A CHILD'S PRAYER TO THE IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY

O Most Holy Virgin Mother,
we listen with grief to the complaints
of your Immaculate Heart
surrounded with the thorns placed therein
at every moment by the blasphemies
and ingratitude of ungrateful humanity.
We are moved by the ardent desire of loving you as Our Mother
and of promoting a true devotion to your Immaculate Heart.

We therefore kneel before you
to manifest the sorrow we feel
for the grievances that people cause you,
and to atone by our prayers and sacrifices
for the offenses with which they return return your love.
Obtain for them and for us the pardon of so many sins.
Hasten the conversion of sinners
that they may love Jesus
and cease to offend the Lord,
already so much offended.
Turn your eyes of mercy toward us,
that we may love God with all our heart on earth
and enjoy Him forever in heaven.

Amen.

Welcome new year 2013

We welcome the new year 2013 with a new hope and expectations. We hope the year 2013 will bring us peace together with good health and good luck. We hope for abundant blessings from above, blessings that we need in our life to make it complete. Blessings that we will treasure because it fills our spirit to grow in grace and blessings of wisdom to know the difference of right and wrong in our daily decisions.

Arouse us from our stillness and encourage us to consider the shining examples of sanctity which are seen in the life of Jesus, of the Blessed Virgin Mary, of the Apostles, Martyrs, all Saints and Confessors who have achieved perfection.

May we strive to search for the secret way to become perfect or at least close to perfection for God is the one and only perfect.

The Blessed Virgin Mary bless you all with Her motherly love.

Year 2013 will be here

Today is the last day of the year 2012 and the link to the new year that is unfolding in less than a day, as year 2013 will be here soon. There is no stopping as it will arrive as planned.

Looking back, the year has been a mixed of everything - Good and bad, from happiness to loneliness, excitement at times, devastation during certain circumstances, experiencing joy in a profound way and love that is within each heart who acknowledge that love still exists in a world covered with pain. This year may become our mirror to ask oneself what is missing in this existence?  Why we have witnessed violence in so many ways and is disheartening to everyone.

It is about time we surrender it all to God. As the year ends, we offer it in the altar and start anew. Let us remember that we survived this year through it all. It is a blessing.

Start the new year with a new anticipation. New ME - a new faith that is burning with love for God, a new mind that is focus on knowing, serving and loving God, a new soul that is living a life in accordance to God's ways and everything will fall in the right palce.

Mother Mary will always be looking down on us, cradle us when we are afraid, and strengthen us with Her love when we falter. She never fails to encourage anyone who wish to get closer to Her Son, Jesus.
